Illiterate Adults May Have Higher Risk Of Developing Dementia

New research suggests that not being able to read or write can raise the chances of developing dementia by two or three times, therefore learn to read and write, practice, and enjoy both as often as you can.

Happy-Go-Lucky

  
Happy-go-lucky people don't chase success but success as perceived by other people come their way by chance. They enjoy whatever comes their way even what others might recognize as their failure.
 
Happy-go-lucky - adjective
The definition of happy-go-lucky is someone who is generally easygoing and carefree. An easygoing kid who takes things as they come is an example of someone who would be described as happy-go-lucky.
If you are happy-go-lucky you are happy in life you got a positive outlook on life. Adversity and bad times come but you know you can cope with it you are more than capable of dealing with it. No matter whatever happens nothing can wipe that smile of your face. You are a source of positivity for everybody the smile that makes anyone smile that’s what it means
SYNONYMS for Happy-go-lucky: carefree, heedless, blithe, lighthearted, insouciant.
For example to be carefree is to be free of care! You have no troubles or worries. Being carefree is feeling happy and breezy, like the carefree days of summer before school starts. To be carefree (one word) is to be happy and relaxed. People tend to be carefree when they're not working or thinking about work or school.

Kids After Loosing a Loved One


Child may go from crying one minute to playing (changeable mood.)
Child can feel depressed, guilty, anxious or angry at the person who has died, or at someone else.
Encourage a child grieving to express feelings (whatever emotions they are feeling.)
Read children's books about death together with the child to start conversation.
Let draw pictures, building a scrapbook.
Let rite diary.
Look at photo albums.
Tell stories.
DON'T volunteer too much information (at this maybe overwhelming.)
Be direct when talking about death (don't say that the loved one "went to sleep".)
Discussing an afterlife might help.
Attending funeral.

The whole process can last from 6 month to 4 years

Symptoms of Grief

Family counseling for child and parent to improve their relationship skills.
Group treatment sessions.Family Bereavement Program (FBP.)
Do not grieve alone. Stay connected with others during that time.
Take good care of yourself.
Seek professional grief counseling.
